GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
Article 1: When you use the services of the MHtrads site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, which govern all relations with and between the users of our site.
Article 2: The financial operator of the online platform www.mhtrads.com in Slovakia is the company Mahdi Holding sro (under the name MHtrads), located in Galanta, Trnava, Slovakia.
Article 3: We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time, by publishing the new version on our site, subject to what is indicated in article 9 below.
Changes to these terms and conditions will come into effect 30 days after they are posted online. During this 30-day period, you may notify us that you do not wish to accept these changes, in which case this contract, and therefore your right to use our services, will terminate at the end of the 30-day period.
No other method of modification is possible, except in a written contract signed by both parties.
Article 4: Our services are reserved solely for professionals who have the legal capacity to sign contracts under European Union law, hereinafter referred to as users. It is the responsibility of each user to check their suitability. If they fail to do so, we shall not be held liable.
Furthermore, if your account has been closed temporarily or permanently, you are no longer authorised to use our services.
Article 5: Any user may access the site directly and consult the advertisements
Article 6: We reserve the right to remove immediately and without respecting any particular and/or prior condition any illegal content appearing in the announcements and information.
Advertisers declare that they hold all the documents and authorizations necessary for the distribution of their advertisement and associated images, particularly in terms of copyright and the distribution of branded products.
The account of the user concerned at the origin of the dissemination of said illicit content may likewise be temporarily suspended or terminated and closed immediately without respecting any prior conditions whatsoever.
The same will apply in the event of a violation of these general conditions or if we believe that your actions are likely to engage our liability.
In addition, any user account that has been inactive and unused for more than a year will be subject to termination.
Article 7: Any use of our site and/or its services for profit or other purposes than that for which they were set up is prohibited.
Similarly, any copy, adaptation, translation, arrangement, communication to the public, rental and other exploitation of all or part of this site in any form whatsoever and by any means whatsoever is prohibited without prior contractual authorization.
Any violation of these rights may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution.

MHtrads cannot be held liable for the content or services provided, including by third parties, nor for any loss or alteration of data whatsoever, or even loss of profit, turnover, opportunity, time, or prohibited damages of any kind, howsoever caused.
MHtrads cannot be held liable in the event of difficulty or impossibility of access to the site and/or its services, in the event of unavailability of the servers. No guarantee is given in this respect.

Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on a legitimate interest, as well as the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. Insofar as the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent, at any time, while the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent.
